We know planning a wedding can be overwhelming and you will have lots of questions. We have tried to identify a few commons questions we receive and provide some added clarity. We are obviously happy to answer any further questions you have via email or in your first consultation.

The Process

Can you give me a guide price?

Yes of course, providing you supply sufficient information we can even do it online.

When can I have a consultation?

Any time that suits us both! We can also offer evening consultations if more covenient. Email us your ideas and / or queries to get started.

If I book a consultation am I committed?

No, your event date is not reserved until we receive your confirmation deposit.

Are prices the same all year?

At Valentine's, Mothers' Day, Easter, Christmas, New Year and Bank holidays, prices can be more expensive.

How far in advance should I book?

We would recommend 6 - 9 months if it is a Summer wedding, but the lead time can be much shorter for other events. Do not hesistate to ask us if unsure. We will do our best to help if we can!

What deposit do I have to pay?

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is needed to reserve your date and to secure any hire items. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the event by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

Can I make changes?

Yes, usually up to 4 weeks before, except for any hire items which are allocated to you specifically.

What happens on the day?

We will have arranged with you and the venue about delivery times for setting up and collection of any hire items. This means you don't have to worry on the day and the charge for this depends on the distance travelled and the items involved.

Flowers

What flowers are in season?

We can advise you about seasonal changes. Commercially most flowers are available all year round but the price does vary.

Which flowers are available in blue?

Some examples of blue flowers includes: Hyacinths, iris, anenomes, agapanthus, brodia, hydrangeas.

We have a host of experience to draw on so please send an enquiry, or email us some photos of what you would like and we can get things started.
